The clubhouse hosts a kitchen, library, the TVRA office, a lounge with a wood stove and two large rooms for crafts, cards, bingo, potlucks, breakfasts etc. One room has exercise equipment and a pool table. Behind the clubhouse there is handicapped parking and a covered and partially enclosed patio for residents use and for community events.
Residents have Water and Sewer and Expanded Basic Cable TV paid for by the Corporation. RV or other vehicle parking/storage costs $20 per month. A membership (share) in TVRA involves an initial purchase of a 99 year lease and only a maintance fee each month.
