Thunderbird Village is a beautifully maintained, gated, 55 and older community located in Tumwater, Washington. The Village consists of 114 manufactured homes on 48 acres. The Village is self-governed as a resident-owned non-profit corporation. It’s located close to medical offices, restaurants, shops, farmers market and more. On any given day there is an abundance of wildlife from dozens of birds and ducks to red tailed hawks and deer.
Thunderbird Village has paved streets and sidewalks and most homes have 2 car garages. Lot leases include water, sewer, and extended basic cable TV service. There are two storage areas available within the Village for RVs, boats and trailers, or other vehicles.
There are two gates for entry/exit. The 706 gate is normally closed and the 716 gate is the primary entrance/exit open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
